Eligible individuals will be selected for the SSC CHSL Recruitment Exam 2025 on the basis of –

SSC CHSL Tier 2 Paper Pattern
- Mode of exam: Online (Pen and paper-based test)
- Duration of exam: 120 minutes
- Each section is allotted 1 hour for completion.
- However, scribe-eligible individuals are given 1 hour and 20 minutes to complete each section.
- Maximum marks: 100
- Type of questions: Objective type
- Negative Marking: – 01 marks for wrong attempt
- Sections: 02
- Session I: Mathematical Abilities, Reasoning, English, and General Awareness
- Session II: Typing Test/ Skill Test

- Data Entry Operator (DEO): 15000 (Fifteen Thousand) Key Depressions per hour on Computer
- Lower Divisional Clerk (LDC)/ Junior Secretariat Assistant (JSA): 35 words per minute (w.p.m.) in English and 30 words per minute (w.p.m.) in Hindi
